CHICAGO — In case you missed it, Brandon Johnson is STILL proving that he is a tool of the Chicago’s Teachers Union. On Friday, all seven members of the Chicago Board of Education announced their resignation in an unprecedented move.

Now, Brandon Johnson will appoint a new board to support his anti-student will – Issue a $300 million loan to fund the progressive demands of the Chicago Teachers Union and fire Chicago Public Schools CEO Pedro Martinez.

9th Ward Alderman and Democrat Anthony Beale summed it up best: “I’ve never seen in my 25 years in office the level of dysfunction we’re seeing today. I believe he wants to put a new board of friends in who will do everything CTU wants before a new board takes place.”

Let’s be clear – Brandon Johnson is using an unethical power move by giving his largest donors and supporters $300 million of taxpayer dollars. It’s always been about putting the Chicago Teachers Union first and taxpayers last.

CHICAGO — One year ago today, Israel and the Jewish People suffered their worst attack since the Holocaust. On October 7, 2023, thousands of men, women and children were kidnapped, raped or murdered.

Anti Semitic incidents in Illinois have reached record highs including assaults, vandalism and harassment. Over the past year, Democrat leaders have criticized, threatened and turned their back on Israel.

CHICAGO — Wow! With 39 days to go until Election Day, the Illinois Republican Party’s Swamp the Vote efforts continue to energize voters with over 180,000 pledges to vote early this election cycle.

The mayor is firing Chicago Public School’s CEO Pedro Martinez after he fell out of favor with Johnson’s CTU allies at the cost of Chicago taxpayers to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Johnson and Stacy Davis Gates want our public schools to take on hundreds-of-millions of dollars in high-rate loans to fund their radical agenda. Johnson has been clear that he will prioritize keeping CTU over taxpayers by attempting to push out Chicago School Board members who disagree with him, all while his allies sling mud and twist arms to get his way.

CHICAGO — According to records obtained from courthouses across Illinois, Third District Appellate Court candidate John Anderson has been convicted or pled guilty 25 times amid 33 run-ins with law enforcement.

Anderson has been brought before the law on numerous charges, including retail theft, reckless driving, transportation of open alcohol in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license, over twenty excessive speeding charges, and driving with expired plates and no insurance.

“The Third District Appellate Court and the millions of people in Northeastern Illinois deserve a leader like Judge Kenton Skarin who leads with integrity and works hard for the people he serves. We cannot allow a career criminal like John Anderson to serve and in November, Illinois can elect a leader who follows our laws instead of breaking them,” ILGOP Kathy Salvi said in a statement.

Largest Tax Increase In State History In 2024

This year, Illinois families were forced to take on multiple tax increases, including a sales tax hike, and a property tax hike. Combined, JB Pritzker has forced the highest tax increase in Illinois history on residents.

Soft on Crime

Crime is rampant in Chicago and has only gotten worse since Pritzker signed the pro-criminal SAFE-T Act. As a result, Illinois residents have endured dangerous streets, neighborhoods, and even classrooms. Cook County Prosecutor Kim Foxx continues to give criminals a pass by not charging them to the fullest extent, not allowing gun, drug, and theft charges to be derived from some traffic stops, and dropping more felony cases than previous prosecutors.

Migrant Crisis Surge

Since 2022, Pritzker has spent nearly $3 billion in taxpayer dollars to fund illegal immigrant services yet Brandon Johnson and him continue to pour more and more money into false plans and ideas that aren’t helping anyone. Meanwhile, Democrats in Illinois continue to align themselves with the failed Border Czar, Kamala Harris.

Prison Review Board

In April, Illinois saw a tragedy as an 11-year-old boy was tragically stabbed to death only one day after the Board released his killer from prison. Instead of taking accountability, Pritzker, the Review Board, and Democrats all pointed fingers as dangerous criminals who are out on parole, are lurking our streets after not serving a full sentence.

Pritzker’s Election Interference Ploy

Pritzker’s attempt to interfere in Illinois elections and deprive Illinois voters of their voice was struck down by a Sangamon County court earlier this year. Pritzker and the Democrats’ goal was to remove the ability to slate candidates without a primary, effectively ensuring that their candidates would go unchallenged in a general election.

Residents Are Leaving Illinois In Droves

Illinois residents are leaving the state in droves and taking their wealth with them. A reported 32,836 residents left Illinois last year, forcing more tax burden on Illinois families.

Bottom Line: It is clear that Illinois Democrats are ruining our state. With Kamala Harris in charge, the rest of the country will begin to fail. In November, Illinois families and Americans will remember the failures and extreme agenda pushed by their elected Democrat officials.
